Every bathroom is fitted with a waste separation bin; All toilets are fitted with dual flushing mechanisms; Only gas is used for water heating and cooking; 99% of our lights are fitted with Energy saving globes and LED down-lights; The garden is equipped with a timed irrigation system; Most of our trees are deciduous, minimizing the requirement for artificial heating and cooling.
